The view is amazing facing the sea, staff is very helpful and polite starting from the manager tell the Hk.

The service is very poor breakfast ( same three days no varieties) , no catle in room , soap and shampoo also poor furniture needs maintenance, private beach is far so we have to pay to go to neama Bay beach .

The location is very beautiful and amazing all the staff is kind and helpful starting from the manager.

The hospitality is poor, with no variance in food for breakfast 3 days the same, no cattle for tea in rooms, saop and champoo is so poor although the price is not so cheap.

Not clean and little outdated. No charging point near bed. So was very irritating go get phone from charging near tv. Even the entire property was completely deserted.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked front sea view and they gave me semi front with trees on the side of the building where I couldn’t stay outside in the balcony at all.

Property is over priced, worst food ever, no good service and finally if u booked all inclusive please note that they will not serve u on the beach which is not private and far away from the hotel.

Very close to the shopping, eating and sailing area in Neama bay so you can manage glassboat and yacht reservation by yourself The view is exceptional at night The AC was cool and fine Breakfast is nice

They checked us in very late despite our early arrival and that we have an early check in with booking.com The staff were careless and not available. For 3 days i was asking twice daily for pillows but no one brought us anything The hotel is on a mounten and you must us a 130 steps stair to go down and of course going up again Dont expect someone to clean up the room, the dont have a master key and asked for a missing fridge in my room they brought one and left it outside for me to bring it myself into the room The doors dont have a lock from inside, if you have a 4 y old exploring child he can easily open the door and go out while sleeping

Hotel located above Naama Bay with good views and sea breeze.

We were supposed to be all inclusive. However, as only one of two couple's and a single traveller staying at the hotel and the only ones AI - we were given set meals for each of the meal times. Unlike previous vacations to Naama, where you can help yourself to the buffet counter, we were limited to whatever they wished to serve us and a lot of food was left / untouched with us ending up eating out every night. By day three, we were rationed to half a croissant each and limited tea / toast. No cereal and only one omelette served to my partner. Beer was served on day 1, 2 & 7. We booked a superior double and were given a twin room on arrival at 0300 (12 hours of travelling), despite emailing the hotel earlier explaining our arrival time. We moved rooms later that day only to find no hot water and a very limited shower. On day 5, we were advised that the card machine was broken and so the hotel wanted paying in cash (Egyptian pounds). This resulted in us having to withdraw the daily maximum amount and splitting the money between the hotel and our spending. The price of the hotel although guaranteed on Booking.com didn't take into account local taxes / chargers and increased further with the poor exchange rate the hotel insisted on. We've stayed previously next door at the Halomy Hotel so know about no frills etc but this 'holiday' was by far the worst for service, AI and accommodation. Will be going back to Sharm / Naama in three months but this hotel is definitely on our banned list. A real shame.

Due to the political situation was the hotel quite empty, but that is not the fault of the hotel

Location is great near the beach and the main entertainment area.. Food is very good.. Kind smiling staff..

Cleanliness.. Towels were horrible and the pool was dirty. WIFI is too weak to work.

-Bad smell comes from the bathroom. Furniture is very old and unclean- -The staff are not well trained. -Room service is not available in the evening. - Air conditioning is bad. -I will attach some pictures to the room. -I would recommend avoiding this resort.

It's not really that clean, shortage of room towels, the bed and pillows isn't that comfortable, and the room is a bit old,and the wifi only available in the reception area.
